no it is not the rookie exclusive. He is standing and throwing the picture is very similar to the score rc. the back ground looks like the bleacher like in the felix jones rc

I picked up a Matt Ryan upper deck star rookie, but it is not the one with him sitting and pointing. He is standing and throwing a pass. The card is numbered #26. I checked everywhere I could think of and have never seen another card like it.
