No, unless you do the International Priority or whatever it is that's like $24. I always just send w/ certificate of mailing for an extra $1.10

actually you can fill out a customs form also its no charge but they can be tracked that way through postal service. prob not online but you can call about it

Indeed......I hope he pays, the offer was sent in the first half when Thigpen was going off.
turned down $14 on the revis and $12 on the DJ...only offers that came in today :doh: figured the flacco would get some interest
