Illinois comeback over Northwestern - Down 14 with 5 minutes to go

Almost as good of a comeback as the one they had against Arizona in the Elite 8 a few years back, except this wasn't a tournament game, and it was against Northwestern, not Arizona.

Illinois should never have been in a position to have to come back like that, but it sure was fun nonetheless!

I think Bruce Weber's speech when he took a timeout down 14 probably went something like this:

Yeah, we were thinking top 6 but blew it vs. FSU :doh:

Though figure this out:

Clemson kills Duke and loses to FSU (a choke job since we let up) ... we fall 1 or 2 spots in the polls

Duke gets killed and needs some convienant clock malfunctions + OT to beat Miami ... they fall 2 spots

It is not a big deal though since polls are not that valuable since there is a tourny.
