This is what happens when trades go bad or people don't send when they are supposed to. There is no defense for a lack of communication (other than a major disaster) or lying.

My advice to you is to try and be as humble as you can right now. People aren't going to believe what you say until they see actual proof. As the old saying goes, "You made your own bed, now you have to lay in it." People who trade, take this kind of thing very seriously and will not let up until you make good on your trades. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if someone hasn't posted what is going on here on another site. Just sit back and quit arguing with these guys and do what you said that you were going to do tomorrow.
