SPx - Travis Dener, Hakim Warrick, Monta Ellis, Nate Robinson (the last three are numbered to 99 only and sold for $150 to $200 on ebay)

Not much except the Lebron. I got the Wade before the price of his cards started to rise.

Several months for the 05 SPx and SP Authentic and 2+ years for the 03 SP Authentic. I also have the 03 SPx but it took me only three months to make it.
