The H&P Hot Prospects Malkin is $8 BV
The Malkin Russian League I was told was $25 BV
The Rookie Showdown is about $15 BV (I saw on ebay from $4-$15 shipped.)

The Thornton Im guessing will be around $30-40 (based on 05-06 Ice Scripts)
