the mail was
2007 Donruss Elite Status Greg Olsen auto #24/24

now my question is this The guy charged $5 for priority shipping but mailed it regular mail which was $1.14 is there any way to get my $3.86 back that he way overcherged me on? I've already left the detailed feedback thing with e-bay.

No you cant get the funds back but you can leave that info in your feedback. Did you leave neutral, negative or positive FB?

I left a weak positive and on the detailed part where it asks to rate the shipping charges I gave him 1 star. Also I found out that with payapl I can file a claim for the difference since he said it would be shipped priority and it was shipped regular.

good luck getting anything, another lieing scamming seller, what else is new, why in the world would u give him positive feedback?
