What will come of the Dolphins with the New Guy in Town.

I think everyone has heard about the shake up at the top. Bill will now be heading up the team and calling the shots. So what do you guys think, can he succeed? Also who will he bring in and what are some moves that you could see him pulling.

Here is what I think:
Complete dismantlement of what they consider a team. All coaches and leadership under him gone. They will first go after a QB. Probably someone with experience and trade either a young player or two, or draft picks for him. Bill will then hire a young coach. The coach will be controlled by Bill and Bill will be calling all shots on the field.

haha, i like that. :)

Bill Parcells should be the "coach" anyway if the Fins ever hope of achieving greatness again.

that being said, i foresee a trade between the dolphins and the eagles for QB McNabb, remember...you heard it here first!

***************** what a complete ****** bag. if he wants to do all this stuff then why not jsut coach the team. i hope they have a crap season again b/c i think he is trash.

mcnabb is trash. if they go after him they are gunna be a crap team again. he is too broken.

I wouldn't consider McNabb trash at all. Before the injury he was a great QB. People just thought he should have returned to perfect form when his injury takes a long time to heal. The last couple of games this season shows where he is at. Philly would have to be crazy to let him go with the quality of the rest of the Qb's in the league. But at the same time I could see the Dolphins going after him or another QB around the league.

I see them continuing the development of Beck.... of course that could be wishful thinking.... The one thing I hope happens is they pick dorsey instead of mcfadden....

that would be the smart decision. they need an O line so he doesnt have to hurry and get hit all the time tho.

Not sure if I see Tuna doing that. He has a long history of liking Vet Qb's. I guess it will depend on what he thinks about him. He is for sure looking for instant results. I would expect that his goal for next year is 10 wins. Which means that he will have to do something big. He also said he didn't want Dope Heads on his team. Which means to me that they will end up trading Williams.
