McNabb / QB Racism

Teams in the NFL are going to play the best player at that position, period. Blacks are now finally getting a shot at playing QB in the NFL because high schools and colleges started realizing that blacks can play the position and don't have to play RB or WR. You can't have a good pro QB unless they grow up playing the position.

As for McNabb's comments...I think he has a point...albeit he didn't do a good job of explaining it. Granted other QB's get criticized as much as he does...even more in some cases. Even Peyton Manning got the heck criticized out of him because he supposedly couldn't win the big game. But the white QB's didn't have the president of the NAACP saying ripping on him being a pocket passer, or something along those lines. So I think he does get criticism that some white QB's don't get...but he just needs to shut up about it and take it like a man.

McNabb is being criticized because so far this season he has played like crap, and he hasnt played a full year in 3 years and everybody knows that if you dont put Ws up then the fans in Philly will turn on you and that is what is happening now. Back when McNabb was lighting up the stat sheet in the beginning of last year you didnt hear him complaining about being criticized because he is black because he was playing to his full potential and wasnt being criticized. But now that he is playing like sh*t he deserves to be criticized and he will continue to deserve it until he proves his critics wrong and plays well.
