It's a Courtney Greene Topps Cyan printing plate. Opening bid is $20. I have the black and magenta plate already but I didn't pay $20 combined for those two. Should I just suck it up and put in the bid? Wait and see if it gets relisted? What do you guys think?

I wouldnt contact him, he wont care the others went cheaper. If you would be upset that you dont pick it up, bid it to win it. Good chance it will never come up again. A 1/1 is really how bad do you want the item. I wont let a few dollars have me lose out on a 1/1

The difference is literally a few dollars. You have a chance to pick up the third plate. If the 4th comes up, you can produce cards. Do it. Don't think twice.

Yeah, I probably will anyway... We will see... I have another 1/1 I'm watching and if I win it, the card budget might not allow to $20 on the plate.

yeah I know... I'll probably go for it and overspend. That's one thing I've never done in my collection; get all 4 plates of one player.
