SP Authentic break. Got Hosed....

So for VD, Julia let me get 2 boxes (1 SPA, 1 Contenders) Can't open Contenders until VD. But broke the SPA box. I got 3 autos but no Mem/Auto that's guaranteed 1 per box. Broke the box at the shop in front of the owner, he told me to contact UD and send in the UPC and Hologram sticker from the box. Called UD, spoke with Morgan, and he said he'll take care of it. Here's what I got:
