Anyone who talks bad about Tiger Woods is just jealous of his skills as a golfer. He is the best that has ever and will ever play with game. Even though he has kind of a colorful personal life you still can't take away what he can do on the golf course. He's like the Michael Jordan and Babe Ruth of golf! Unfortunately, stories like this get more press and are talked about for longer periods of time than anything good that people do.

I won't deny your assessment of Tiger Woods, as he's definitely worthy of such praise, but those who think he's a better golfer than Jack Nicklaus, obviously have no idea how good Jack really was, and likely never watched him play. Let's not forget that pretty much every record Tiger breaks, or is trying to break was set by Nicklaus. Until he surpasses Jack in all those categories, he really can't be considered the best golfer that ever played the game. He may end up with that title some day, but he's not quite there yet. Stats do not lie.

Those almost sound like "fighting-words"!

But nah, there's nothin' wrong with a difference of opinion, where someone respectfully disagrees anyway. ;)

That said, I'm stayin' out of this "fight," as both arguments have merit, imo.
