I bought a retail hanger box of Topps 2012 Football and Andrew Luck was the best card inside. It is a Jersey card. I dont know what the odds of finding them in retail are but i guess i had luck lol. Its a nice card. Send me your best offer.

They come 1 per rack box.but it is still a nice card

I dont think they are all Andrew Luck. Go buy 3 boxes and let me know if you find a Luck in there.

they are not all luck,they are 1 rc jumbo relic per box.i'm doing the jersey set.I just bought 2 box's and they both had RGIII

I dont think they have the Book value out yet but ive seen Luck sell for around 40.00 and they were cards like mine.
