you know the Blues thought the same thing 3 yrs ago when we became affiliated with them....hasnt been super fantastic for them yet. but getting affiliated with an AHL and ECHL club gives a lot of the rookies something to fight for, competition is better. (Blues drafted a rookie goaltender in last yrs draft and this kid was named ECHL Goaltender of the Year, ECHL All Team, ECHL Rookie Team, and he's set a record for most shut outs by a Rookie goaltender. Utah hates him right now cause he has a 244min shut out time going with them)
