At least one person was smart

Didn't realize Favre did better than 50 TDs and 16-0.

The Pats are getting as much love as the Cowboy's of the '90s!!! I love that feeling. When ur that good that everyone hates u...i'm jealous of the Pats fans...A Cowboy-Pats SB would be the perfect end to this season. :roflmao:

It's not the fact the Pats are good that makes me hate them. It's their coach, fans, and overall lack of humility that make them a disgrace. If they were just a great team with a human for a coach, humble fans and players that weren't smug and conceited I'd be happy for what they are doing.

Favre and Brady are equally deserving IMO. Switch QB's on the teams and both would likely have had a similar result.

You do realize that Brady (and the entire Patriots for that matter) wouldn't have been anything without Moss, yes?

Brady makes the team run. You've got no idea what you're talking about if you think anyone but Brady is responsible for the Pats being what they are. I think they won 3 Super Bowls without Moss, but I could be mistaken. Brady is the constant that has made the offense good since 2001. The only other constant is Belichick....but I wouldn't think anyone here would actually give him credit or anything.

And for the asterisk crap, if you want to put an asterisk next to their past wins when they might have had a camera, fine, whatever gets you through life. But I fail to see the logic in how a camera that was removed in the first half of week 1 and deemed to "grant no competitive advantage" to the Pats has any impact on the rest of the year. I understand doubting the other super bowls, but I really don't understand how this years results could be doubted.

As I have learned over the course of my time with the Patriots, the most meaningful accomplishments are always the ones I have celebrated with my teammates. I am certainly proud of the success that we have enjoyed so far this season. I consider myself extremely fortunate to play for an organization like the New England Patriots. The Kraft family, Coach Belichick, and all of my teammates and coaches have created a winning tradition that we all are proud to be a part of. For that I am most thankful. I have always been a huge football fan and will always have great respect for the history of this game. I am flattered to join such an esteemed list of players, many of whom I consider the greatest of all-time. I hope that I can set as great of an example for kids around the world as the previous MVP's did for me. I am grateful to all of the voters for any consideration I was given. It is a tremendous honor and I am sure it is one that my family will one day look back on with great pride. There is still plenty of football to be played this season and I look forward getting back on the field with my teammates and preparing for next weekend's game. Thank you.
-Tom Brady after winning MVP

Coming from a team that doesnt celebrate individual accolades, I think this is one that we all will embrace as a team. Tommy is being recognized as the most outstanding performer over the entire year. I am proud to be a teammate of his. I think we have all been fortunate to see the incredible year that he has had. However, I think he would be the first to tell all of us that there is more work to be done
