Bench Warmer
Dear Sir or Ma’am,

My name is Michael Uzmann and I was writing to inquire whether anyone is currently purchasing older hockey cards. As a child I spent time collecting with my grandfather, but grew away from the hobby as I aged. With his recent passing I have come into possession of a large collection of hockey cards which takes up far too much room in my apartment. Additionally, as an Internal Medicine resident, I do not have the time to sort through the collection and sell individual cards on Ebay. As my grandfather was always very orderly, many of the cards are correlated into complete sets in labeled boxes or albums, but many are simply found in large boxes in no particular order. I do know that the vast majority of these cards were pulled from packs by my grandfather or myself, and the entire collection is in near-mint to mint condition. Below is a brief listing of what I know to be included, along with an additional 20,000+ cards in no particular order. In an ideal situation I would like to sell off the whole collection, but would also be willing to sell parts if necessary. Please contact me via E-mail with any questions. As I am currently on a break, I would be willing to travel to defer delivery costs, or if you would prefer to look through the collection. I realize that the card market is not as big as it was in the 90s, but I would prefer not house these cards indefinitely and do not wish to throw them away.

Ill be very honest with you and dont take this the wrong way, but if someone offers you 40$ for the entire lot, take it and run. Your are one of the many who collected during the 90's and have yet to find out that throughout those years cards were massively overproduced and therefor have little to no value.

$40 would be a gift and just a token to all the effort it took to classify those cards. Just the headache alone for selling those cards and/or dolls in your case is not worth anyone paying more then 40$ for. That 40$ would go to buying Tylenols or Advils for whoever had to sort out and wasted countless hours seperating those cards.

Not trying to be mean or anything, this is just a reality check and am saving you the time of trying to sell these cards,
