I didnt move them but I dont thnk they intentionlly were spamming..they are a decent member that I think was honestly trying to let people know about it.

I agree Adam, but believe he still needs to be warned. We already have the eBay affiliation and this could potentially harm that. I just want to make sure that we aren't ganging up on the member with warnings.
