HELP!! recieved damaged card from ebaY seller!

I purchased a nice sam huff rookie reprint autograph and recieved the card with a fat crease in it. it was probably done by the post office, but the seller says they do not offer refunds and they did not offer insurance in the auction. i paid via paypal...what can i do????

That's what I would do, I hope it works for you. Did the seller package it correctly? I am not sure if that would help your case at all.

Item not as Described claim. Making sure the item gets there in the proper condition is the seller's job.

File a PayPal claim as described. If that doesn't work, carry out Kenny's suggestion.
