i hate when people lie

so i won a Kyle Boller like 2 weeks ago...well it had been 11 days or so, so i asked the seller the status of shipping...

'think i sent it last week, should be there in a day or two'

ok thats fine...but apparently he doesnt buy much on ebay, because 2 days later he printed a PayPal shipping label, so i get the email that it shipped

So the guy says he shipped it more than a week after you paid, then takes two more days to print a shipping label?
Neg him. What can he do, not leave feedback?
