There is no list. They're contained in the FB GU and FB Autos sections. I could put together a lot of around 300 for you for about $500 + postage. My entire bucket isn't for sale, if it were, it'd be in the $20K range.

$20 for Century Threads.
est $40 for the Immortals and not sure on the Mirror Blue Marino immortal.
