Not really understanding where the thought of him being overrated comes from. He is elite. Scary on the bases, scary at the bat, decent fielder, what is there to be overrated about?
I saw him play in STL this past spring, he is the real deal! As far as being overrated, I think time will tell what his legacy as a player is, he needs to stay healthy and continue playing at a high level, which is hard to do! It's impossible for a player to live up to the expectations and hype, even for high school and college players a lot of times. He can hit 5 home runs in a game, and people will expect 6 per game next time. It's a really hard thing to deal with.
I hope he does continue his great level of play, he was a ton of fun to watch!
