Missing Championship Ticket

I had to buy the Owen Schmitt Champ Ticket from the guy on ebay offline since he got an offer he would accept. I paid 150 on March 12 for it...

The guy had OK feedback so I was not worried.

Communication has been average at best, all I got was card has shipped on April 1st when I did my 2 week inquiry. Still no card.

I bought it from ebay seller 3xplaysports, he is based in Illinois.

I filed a complaint through paypal, my wife bought it but used my checking account instead of credit card.

Hopefully the card magically arrives.

if they cant get you a tracking number then you will win. I have never lost when the sender cant prove they sent the card. Hope you get the card or at least your money.

You should still be covered. Because if he can't prove he sent it you will be able to win. Also since you filed the claim Im pretty sure you have frozen his account until it gets resolved. Hopefully you will get your card thou. Because Im sure youd rather have that then the cash.
