Baseball question about a Dave Henderson card!

I have a card that is a bit confusing to me it is a 1988 Dave Henderson card he is wearing a Boston Red Sox uniform and on the back on the right upper corner he is wearing a Boston Red Sox uniform but on the left it says Giants anyone know anything about this card???

He was probably traded during the off season and topps didn't have a picture of him yet in a Giants uniform. Not unusual at all.
