It is not as nice, but /50 does appear to be a "patch" card vs. a jersey card. I will look on COMC for examples too.

It looks legit to me. Topps has been putting pretty good patches in there cards lately.

I think it's real Aaron. Those Peak Performance jersey autos were one of the hardest hits in 2010 Topps. It would make sense that they would use some better pieces in them.
