They have room to improve on last season.

I just feel that the Lakers took a backward step in the finals and Kobe might not be the force he once was.

The West is really hard to call... too deep.

I went with the Hornets too. I think they will improve a bunch from last year and surprise some people. CP3 WILL NOT get MVP though. The person winning MVP will be the one CP3 will be playing against in the Finals. *cough* LeBron *cough*

I really wanted to say Spurs, but they might be about done with their reign.
I can't say Lakers b/c I don't think theyre a team still.
I can't say Houston (even with Artest) b/c they still havent won a Playoff series.
I debated about saying other, as a safety blanket... BUT...


I'm goin with the Hornets. Tremendous progress, they learned to win and won in the playoffs too, plus I think the addition of James Posey is HUGE.
