Question on 2 07 Topps

ok...so I have had these for awhile but up until now I didnt realize it....on the backs of the Roy Williams (Lions) & Phillip Rivers 2007 Topps Base cards I have the numbering is weird....there is no regular number it just says (1 of 12) on the backs of both of them where the card number should be. Just wondering if this is a misprint or a variation or this is just normal and I have nothing to worry about. There are no other markings indicating that these are something different

I pulled the Roy Williams from a pack at Jewel Osco (grocery store) and the Rivers from one of those 3.99 Football things at Walgreens

Ssorry man i live in toronto so we dont have walgreens or jewel osco but seems to me there probably just part of a set or something cause i havnt seen those befor.Maybe check ebay for any others.
