well i figured i dont have a ton of cash to throw around, very few bollers that id want to own surface, so why not start a 'project' like mikes 69s, except i know ill be done at the end of the year...

i dont expect too many purchases per month since im only looking for absolute steals, and so far id guess my profit level around $25 (if i get what i paid for) already...

I was going to bid on that lot withthe Flynn, but decided against it. It's been selling anywhere from 3-17, and I figure that with the way Rodgers is playing, it's only going to go down.

at $8.50 it pays for the lot after fees, i didnt even check to see what it sold for until after i won cause i didnt think i would...usually a 6 card lot of 07 topps chrome autos will go for $15 without a major name...

no matter how well Rodgers is doing, he is 1 play away from an injury, Matt Cassel Bowman Chromes were selling for $3-$7 before brady went down, and they were going for $25 the day of the injury...

if the guy is on a Roster and its a RC QB its an ok card in my book

sold my Matt Flynn Topps Chrome for $14.95, figure about $10 after fees (ebay/paypal) so flipped $2.50 and 4 RC autos profit on that one :dance:

so far 5 sales, havent checked to see actual account balance as my fees havent posted yet on ebay and ill have to forward the money over to my no fee account taking out the postage costs of the stuff, but thus far on my 5 sales its a small profit, maybe $14 but considering i had a purchase value of under $7 on the cards, im doubling out thus far :rambo:

sold Sage Rosenfels before i could adjust the price, bought $4.80 sold $17.95, after fees $9.20 profit :dance: i like tripling out again...

thus far, sold 8 cards for $37 profit over what i factored them in at...im awaiting payment from ernie, but im at 46 autos, 2 gu, 3 rc, in at $23 :shock: all are 02-current, 5 SPA, 2 Exquisite, 2 Contenders, 2 Topps Chrome, 3 Bowman Chrome, so some pretty decent stuff, next week i may load up the crap autos and put them up for $1.10 BIN per since i may have 25 crap autos that i would unload that cheap, would put me in profit with those nice autos

currently have $20 in paypal, awaiting $36 from ebay (so about $34.50 after paypal fees), 202 Autos, 2 Jordan Palmer Exquisite /150, Jerome Harrison Topps Chrome and Bowman Sterling incoming...

have about 20 each of Exquisite, SPA, and Contenders, nothing 'major' hoping Jordan Palmer gets a start before the end of the season, as he would be my 'cash cow'...kinda sucks that Andre Hall went down as ive got around $40 tied up in 2 Exquisite /60 and 2 SPA, but thats the risk i take in speculation...

had a lot of 35 autos come in last friday, sold 6 out of it to be at 'profit stage' with 2 exquisites (Darrelle Revis /60 and Derrick Johnson /150 ) in there as well as a few other 'decent' cards...hoping the economy picks up so i can move some stuff easier, as lots are going pretty cheap these days and i dont really want to sell under $1 per card...

trying to work a deal with a guy on the Topps boards that would get me $1.40 per au/gu, but he doesnt buy sage/aspire/press pass, but id be able to get rid of my jerseys
